KPAG receiving baskets produced by AG-PROJEKT are intended for horizontal transport of loose materials such as:
- equipment used in agriculture for the transport of materials such as cereal, corn, wheat, rape, etc.
The hopper from AG-Projekt is made entirely of high quality galvanized steel. All elements are joined with bolted connections, which facilitates assembly and service inspections
The charging hoppers have been designed as a modular construction with a width of 2 m and a module length of 1.4 m. The use of chain conveyors in the KPAG bins gives the following efficiency: in the KPAG100 basket from 60 to 100 t / h and in the KPAG150 basket from 100 to 150 t / h . The change in basket performance is achieved by changing the chain speed using a frequency converter. The device can use various sensor options allowing for safer use. The bottom of the KPAG basket is lined with hard-wearing PE-UHMW material, which reduces operating costs and extends the life of the device.
Our device can be optionally retrofitted with a basket overflow sensor, rotation sensor.

The KPAG basket discharge depending on the model and its parameters may have a different diameter adapted to the technological lines.
The mounted rollers on the rollers are located just under the cover of the KPAG basket conveyor. They hold the chain in the correct upper position.
PE-UHWM plates are screwed to the chain elements (scrapers).
It is possible to make a basket in an overrun version.
Return drive with bearing
The KPAG basket conveyor uses an inductive sensor responsible for transmitting information about the device's operation. If the chain breaks or the machine gets stuck during operation, the sensor will switch off the power supply to the charging hopper. The sensor responds to blades mounted on the shaft of the final drive
The feed station has adjustable hopper chain tension.
Hard-wearing PE-UHMW. The use of wear-resistant plastic extends the service life of the KPAG basket conveyor troughs. Very good sliding properties reduce electricity consumption.
Lack of receipt of material from the KPAG basket during operation will raise the flap of the device and open the limit switch.
This state of affairs will result in, for example, switching off the electrical circuit as well as devices preceding the technological line, if it is foreseen by the designer.
This is standard equipment, other safeguards are optional.
