The PK Bucket Lift offered by our company was made entirely of high quality galvanized steel. All elements were connected with bolted connections in strength class 8.8, hot-dip galvanized. These types of screw connections provide better corrosion protection, ensuring long-term use of the device in external conditions. P>
The device uses manholes and hatches for easy access to the device components for maintenance, adjustment and inspection purposes.
The PK cup conveyor is adapted for mounting additional elements that can be retrofitted to the product, e.g. a motion sensor, temperature sensors for bearings. At your request, the bucket elevator can be made in an explosion-proof version in accordance with the ATEX directive for work in hazardous, dusty conditions.
The device has a modular structure with pipe lengths: - 1m, 1.5m 2m and 2.5m ensures proper selection to the desired height of the device (standard up to 38m, higher bucket elevators are made on special order). The conveyor head and foot are lined with PE-UHMW non-abrasive material as standard, which increases durability and reduces damage to transported grain. All lifts are equipped with a reverse brake (one-way clutch), which ensures safety of use. The feeder design is self-supporting and allows ladders, resting platforms and service platforms to be attached to the head.

The PK Bucket Hoist uses an induction sensor responsible for transmitting information about the device's operation. If the transmission belt breaks or the device is blocked, the sensor switches off the lift's power supply. P>
The sensor responds to the paddle mounted on the lower drum drive shaft.
