Bucket elevators (also known as bucket conveyors or bucket feeders) manufactured by AG-Projekt are intended to transport all species of seeds and loose materials in the vertical direction. These devices are made entirely of high quality galvanized steel. All components are connected using bolts for easy installation and seasonal maintenance. The head and foot of the elevator is lined with a hard to abrase HDPE material which increases durability and reduces damage to the transported grain. Bucket elevators are designed as a modular construction with the pipe length of 1 m, 1.5 m, 2 m, 2.5 m and capacities from 20 to 150 t/h. The maximum height of the elevator for all capacities is 38 m (height of pipes). There is a possibility to manufacture higher elevators to a special order. All elevators are equipped with a reverse gear brake (unidirectional clutch), which provides safety for the user. The elevator's construction is self-supporting and allows for mounting ladders, rest platform and a service platform at the head. The drive of the elevator is operated by a reducer mounted directly on the shaft or by an engine, drive belt and reducer. Additionally, the elevator may be equipped with a motion sensor and a belt position sensor and security panels.
